Hawaiian Kine Seasonings and Rubs
The primary ingredient in the seasonings is rock salt. There are 9 different flavor combinations. They come in 8 ounce jars. For black pepper lovers, the lemon grass seasoning is adds a great flavor to grilled bread. The 3 rubs have very little salt. The Gourmet Spicy Rub is terrific sprinkled on buttered popcorn.

Crab Stuffed Wonton Recipe
- 8oz. cream cheese
- 1 TBS Hawaiian Kine spicy rub
- 1 TBS Hawaiian Kine sweet seasoning
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1 container crab cocktail claw fingers OR claw meat
- pkg of 3" wontons
Soften cream cheese for about 20 seconds in the microwave. Mix all the seasonings into to cream cheese, blending well. If using cocktail claw fingers, remove the shells. Break up the crabmeat and stir into the cream cheese mixture. Place about 1 1/2 TBS of mixture in the center of a wonton. Moisten all the edges of the wonton with water, fold and seal tightly. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with Hawaiian Kine Ono Pineapple Drizzle for dipping. Makes about 18 wontons.
What to Do With Leftover Wonton Wrappers
Slice leftover wonton wrappers into hot oil for a few seconds. Remove from oil and drop into a brown paper lunch bag. Sprinkle your favorite Hawaiian Kine seasoning or rub into the bag and shake - an easy ono snack.
